Where does the store ship?
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free for eligible United States orders. Any optional paid shipping service is shown before payment.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are normally processed within 0–1 business day (handling) and delivered within 0–1 business day after dispatch (transit). Total estimated delivery time is 0–2 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@krogerg.shop or +1 208-963-2569. Because handling takes only 0–1 business day, we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation once the order has entered processing or shipped.
What is your return policy?
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition with proof of purchase. Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are always covered.
Who pays for return shipping?
For faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products, krogerg covers reasonable return shipping costs where required by law. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for the direct return shipping cost.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned items or after you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs earlier.
